Shipping & processing time
We process and ship orders from our California warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders are sent first class via USPS and are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise requested or an international order. Please note that pre-order custom, and/or handmade pieces take longer. You can find these details on the product’s page and on order confirmation emails. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping & handling
All orders will ship via USPS. You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.
Free prepaid returns
We only accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of confirmed received date, and only cover shipping both ways if the oversight was on our part. Otherwise, customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to either returns and exchanges. Customers are also responsible for re-shipping if their package has been sent back to us.
EXCEPTIONS: Custom-made pieces are final sales, and not eligible for a return or exchange
Pre-paid labels will not be included in any order, contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements beforehand so we are aware your package is on it's way, they will provide return address. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in any capacity.
You will receive an email notification from Honey B. Gold once your return has been processed completely. Please allow up to 20 days for your package to arrive and our Returns Department to refund your original form of payment. Please note, we’re unable to refund any original shipping charges, if applicable.
We only process exchanges for the same item or an item of equal value.
Final sale items
Items purchased on sale and marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned. Custom-made personalized pieces, including nameplates, are final sale. These items are handmade to order and cannot be returned. You can find this information on the product pages as well as on your invoice.
