What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all of the following forms of payment:

Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?

Honey B. Gold only ships to the cardholder’s authorized billing address.

What materials do we use?

Some of our items are handmade by Honey B Gold.

Why does it take 3-6 weeks to receive my items?

Some items are made in house by hand, so production time can take longer and we ask customers to allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Custom nameplate necklaces, custom pendants, custom bamboo hoops and custom two-finger rings have a separate wait time due out of house manufacturing. Please refer to the product's description for the estimated shipping time.

Can I expedite my shipping?

If you are in urgent need of certain items, please email Info@HoneyBGold.com with a summary of the items you would like to purchase, what country they're shipping to, and your ideal time frame, we will let you know if we can make these arrangements. If you have already placed your order, please email Info@HoneyBGold.com with your Order Number and the aforementioned information.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes!  We ship to all countries via USPS First Class International Mail.

Can I update or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once the order is placed you cannot cancel or update your order. Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. However, you can contact info@honeybgold.com once you receive your order for returns if you received the wrong product, or if it was defective. Please review our return policy here.

I received my tracking number, however I don’t see any activity when I try to track my package. 

Our automated fulfillment process generates the tracking number ahead of time. Please allow 2-4 business days for the order to be shipped and for the tracking information to be updated. If your item is custom, please refer to the product's description for the estimated shipping time.

My package says it was delivered, yet I don’t have it! 

Some carriers prematurely mark a package delivered, or make the mistake by dropping it off at a neighbor or across the street. Most times carriers need about 48 hours to fix their mistake. We ask to allow sometime for the package to possibly show up late, despite the information on the tracking page. If more than 1 week goes by, please email us at info@honeybgold.com and we will help you out from there.

What if I didn’t receive a tracking number for my order?

Please check your email's spam folder to ensure that the tracking notification was not marked as spam. If you are still unable to find it, please contact info@honeybgold.com with your first and last name, order number, and the date the order was placed so our customer service team can be of assistance.

How much does shipping cost?

Once you process your order, shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of your purchase and your zip code.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. You are more than welcome to exchange any defective or mistaken item 7 days after delivery date of your order. Please email Info@HoneyBGold.com with your Order Number and we will send you instructions on how to return your item.

My item has arrived damaged or broken, what can I do?

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they leave our facility and are in the hands of mail carriers.  We do our best to package items safely and securely to avoid damage. However, if your items do arrive 
damaged please email info@HoneyBGold.com with your Order Number and include an image of the broken item. We will assess your claim and provide you with the best option. Please email us to add Insurance or Signature Delivery to your package at an additional cost.

My tracking information states my package was delivered but I have not received it, what do I do?

Honey B Gold IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES once they have been handed over to any mail carrier. Package insurance is available upon request (please email us with your order number after purchase for quotes). We do recommend you contact your local post office to report the issue.

My question is not listed here, what do I do?

Email all inquiries to Info@HoneyBGold.com (if applicable, please include your Receipt ID or Transaction ID). Please allow up to 24 hours to receive a response from us. Our customer service is available Monday - Friday between 11am- 5pm.
